Why would you want to? New cars are usually just sold at list price in Mexico, so, there would be no price advantage but the very opposite, especially when you take into account local sales tax, transport, import costs and technical homologation.
You may already be able to buy a Mexican-made car in the US; there are a lot of automobile assembly plants in Mexico and the production can be exported to NAFTA countries with few tariff barriers.
