Alright,..this is pretty awesome.
I'm going to pick Iceman just because he is super cool (ha!), but really. He would just be fun to hang around and chat with customers.
I'd also have Emma Frost because she's super hot and it would attract nerds. She could also use her mind powers to help people find other comics they would like...pending on the fact that she had any friggin knowledge of comic books.
I'd have Quicksilver work there so he could stock everything and clean the shop super fast. Even though he would hate it because he would just be everyone's bitch so they could be lazy, lol.
And idk for my last one...I feel like this is probably the most overstaffed comic book shop that has ever existed lol. Hmmm... Idk, I want to say Storm. And here is why... If it was my comic book shop, it would be a sweet ass comic book shop with like bean bags and shit and a loft level...several places to just chill and chat with other nerds. If Storm worked there, you could have a bunch of people in the shop while she created something kind of gloomy outside so that people are encouraged to stay indoors and congregate. NOT TRYING TO FORCE THEM TO PURCHASE! Just to bond.

Iceman, Beast, Cyclops and Jubilee.
Iceman: He's the numbers/bookkeeper, since he does have a degree in accounting, and his personality is super personable, friendly and funny. Great help out front especially with marketing I bet when not bean counting.
Beast. Dude is an encyclopedia. He'd be the go to reference guy. As well as easily double as stocker/inventory manager. That badass strength and agility would rock to get long boxes in reach or statues off the top shelf.
Cyclops: He's the natural leader and would be the show runner, the manager of this operation. Keep everybody from maybe goofing off too much (Bobby and Hank? Uhh yeah!) and be the one to open and close it up as well as deal with any disputes or complaints ( you complain in this store you shouldn't be alive, imo).
Jubilee: she's the fun, spunky shot of youth and energy that would behind the register as well as misc gofer. Her powers would def come in handy for light shows or special event displays.
The dynamic alone of Bobby, Scott and Hank is insanely good considering they've literally worked together since they were teens. Adding jubilee is just an additional bit of fun, flash and girlyness that every comic shop should have. Oh and the name of the store you ask?
