My next project is prett huge. I'm working on making a set of costumes for a Neverlans Villain Crew. I'm using the following patterns for Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, and Tick Tock! I'm trying to do a proper/fancy historical interpretation of the characters. Any ideas/input are welcome!

That's awesome! It doesn't look like it should be TOO difficult other than the face.
I definitely think a costume like that is ALL about the materials you use. If you use something too lightweight, it won't flow right and if you have something too heavy it could do the same (and just be heavy all day long).
